14-day money-back

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll return it in full — no questions asked.

Monthly renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period starts, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. You keep access until the period ends.

Credits

Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused plan credits do not carry a separate cash value.

How to request

Email us from your account address with your invoice and we'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
