This policy explains what we collect when you use Vinkura AI, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the product.
What we collect
Your account email, content you create on the canvas (chats, documents, decks, sheets), and basic usage events. Files you upload are stored with our media provider and linked to your account only.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service: authenticating you, saving your work, generating AI outputs, and keeping your workspace scoped to you. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Prompts and relevant context are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use your private content to train third-party models beyond what is required to fulfil your request.
Data retention & deletion
Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete chats and media at any time, and request full account deletion by contacting us.
Security
Access is protected by authenticated sessions and your data is scoped per account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
