From your workspace settings, send invitations by email and assign roles. Teammates join your shared canvases instantly, and billing is handled per seat so you only pay for the people actually working alongside you.

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — no emails or phone calls required. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, after which you keep read-only access to your canvases so nothing is lost.

If Vinkura is not the right fit, reach out to support and we will make it right according to our refund policy. We would rather you stay because the canvas earns its place in your work, not because of a contract.

No. Your canvases, files, and conversations are yours, and we do not use your private content to train AI models. Vinkura works on your behalf — your thinking stays your thinking.

Your work is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access scoped to you and the teammates you explicitly invite. We follow least-privilege principles internally so that your canvas stays as private as the ideas on it.

Self-hosting and private deployment options are available for teams and institutions with strict data-residency or compliance requirements. If your organization needs Vinkura inside its own environment, contact us and we will walk through the options.

Only you, until you choose to share. Canvases are private by default, and collaboration is opt-in per workspace — so a canvas is never visible to a teammate unless you have invited them to it.

You can export everything before you go, and once you delete your account your content is removed from active systems according to our retention policy. Leaving should be as clean and respectful as joining.
